Brum 30 Under 30 - 2018
BirminghamLive runs the 30 Under 30 campaign to celebrate the achievements of young people living and working in and around Birmingham. We shine a light on inspiring entrepreneurs, professionals, social activists and artists aged 16 - 29 who are helping to put our diverse city on the map
““Well done to you, you did brilliantly. There was never a shadow of doubt, that those pieces in the corner had your name written all over them.”
““Amerah! I had no doubt in my mind about your ability to lead workshops, and enthuse young people, and you didn’t disappoint! You took control of the team, made yourself a central point of contact for myself, had an overview of what everyone was doing and just generally managed your team was great to see and work with.”
““Your workshops were professionally run, welcoming and inspiring in a difficult environment. It’s also evident that you plan them with great precision and thought, and they are far more structured than other workshops I have seen.”
““Amerah has always been someone whom I saw great potential in. She has the gift of being able to touch people’s lives and transforming them for the better. Be that through something she taught or something she helped them find within themselves. She shows immense potential and that’s what makes her so inspiring. All her great work so far is a testament to that and a testament to all her hard work, passion and creativity!”
